Festival harmonike „Sevdalinko harmonikom opjevana“ okuplja talentovane harmonikaše, profesore muzike i ljubitelje tradicionalne bosanskohercegovačke muzike iz Bosne i Hercegovine i regiona. Kroz takmičarski i umjetnički program, festival pruža priliku mladim muzičarima da predstave svoje znanje, usavrše vještine i razmijene iskustva sa vrhunskim stručnjacima iz svijeta harmonike.
Poseban značaj festivala ogleda se u očuvanju i promociji sevdalinke, jednog od najvrijednijih simbola kulturne baštine Bosne i Hercegovine. Kroz interpretacije na harmonici, učesnici na jedinstven način spajaju tradiciju i savremeni muzički izraz, stvarajući nezaboravno iskustvo za publiku i takmičare.
